June 12... After celebrating Grandma Cockman's 93rd birthday party at Hopewell UMC, we drove down to Belmont for a concert at Stowe Memorial Park.  This was our third year at Stowe Park, and for the third year we were almost rained out.  The rain held off for most of the concert, and we had a good time.  The Flowers Sisters came up and performed "Golden Slippers" with us, with Alana Flowers on the banjo and me playing twin fiddles with nine-year-old Hannah Flowers.  Thanks to Jessie Cockman and Cindy Gibson for the pictures!

June 27... This was our second year to sing at Booneville Baptist, and we enjoyed the covered dish meal beforehand.  My friend Pastor Ken Boaz recently moved here from Boone, NC, and he was gracious enough to invite us down for a Sunday evening singing.
